Kandee
Johnson
Watch Kandee's Bio! Kandee’s love affair with make-up began with her first application of Bonnie Bell Lip-Smackers, in strawberry. Those shinning lips and strawberry scent marked the beginning of her love that would later become her profession.

Her natural eye for color, adept artistic hand and passion for her craft have culminated to make her the make-up guru we know today. But that’s not where it ends for Kandee, one of her favorite sayings is, “it’s more than the make-up,” meaning her passion doesn’t begin and end with make-up, but with people. She’s has an enormous heart for humanity. She’s the warmest, most bubbly and giggly gal you’ll ever meet. She’s got a nickname of Sunshine, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better nickname than that once you meet her. She’s an easy-to-smile, easy-to-laugh, light-up-room kind of person.

As sweet as Kandee is, she’s also a master of her craft, and her career experiences attest to her mastery. From movie, tv, film and print her talent has taken her to MTV, VH1, CNN and The Tonight Show. She's worked on ad campaigns from Visa to The Smurfs, to name a few. She’s also enjoyed the title of head make-up artist on several tv shows and a few of the comments she’s received are below:

Janice Dickinson “You are fabulous! I love how you did my eyes! They are fierce! And look at this fierce eyebrow! Oh! And I love my lips! You are really talented! Can we take her (Kandee) with us?!” Co-creator of The Cosby Show “You’re not just a good make-up artist…you’re a delight to have on set…you bring such great energy.” Connie Chung “I want you to do my make-up when I’m in L.A.!” Conan O’Brien “You did a really good job!” Head of Advertising for Victoria’s Secret “She looks amazing!!! You're really great!" Guylben Yavus (designer, People’s Couture) “You are like a Picasso with make-up!”With her huge heart, tremendous talent and endless energy, Kandee is truly one of a kind. After all, it’s more than the make-up…she brings out more than just attractive features, she brings out each person's true identity and allows them to embrace how you unique they are and feel the beauty that is inside them...which it the confident and loved, smile that beams from their face!" And like her Gramma always said, "All you need is a little lipstick!"
